I was frantically searching for a home as I was between properties and staying at a temporary location. I had reached out to a couple of realtors who seemed disinterested or daunted by working at the speed I required. They also weren’t listening and they kept sending me unsuitable homes in locations that weren’t going to work for me. I was getting frustrated, then along came Tarah. Our initial meeting was serendipitous. One night, I was looking at a property on-line and I requested more information. Up popped Tarah to provide me with the information and to schedule a tour of the property the following day. At that time, we had a brief conversation about type of property I was interested in and the locations that I was most interested in and the locations I was not interested in. She listened. She really heard what I was saying. Tarah hit the ground running. Let me tell you, Tarah can run! By the next morning, I had an abundance of suitable properties texted to me and delivered to my in-box. I’m not sure that she sleeps! My business relationship with Tarah began at the tail end of May and by June 20th, I was in my new home! Tarah is very friendly, helpful and professional. Tarah was always available to answer my questions and provide me with all the information I needed. Tarah made me feel like I was her only client, even though I know she had many at the same time. She helped me find the perfect home for me and made sure that I got the best deal possible to the dollar! I highly recommend Tarah to anyone looking for a real estate agent!

We recently sold our home after 29 years with Tarah. She has a very professional team that help us get our house ready for market. We worked with Tarah and her team to stage our house, which was a huge undertaking after 29 years. But we got it done. The photographer took some amazing pictures, so amazing it was hard to believe that it was our home in the pictures. Our home had 2 offers on our first day. Thank you again Tarah for everything. It was quite the roller coaster. She was available to me for multiple viewings, questions and referrals. I felt that I was a priority, even knowing that she is a busy mom and great real estate agent. We did put in a couple of offers and had them fall through, which Tarah used jumping off point to learn about things specific to condo buying. Tarah was very prompt about finding the information for all my questions. When viewing the different units, we would discuss the neighborhood, the local services and if it fit my "lifestyle". This is how she ensures that you are getting a home and not just a property. I also got a referral from her for a home inspector and a plumber. The contractors were very professional, efficient and reliable. Being able to use Tarah as resource was such such a load off my mind in a very stressful time. I highly recommend her. I will be sure to use her services in the future.
